I looked at the comments and most people identified only 3 references, but in fact there were 5 of them: First one, Hajime no Ippo with the Dempsey Roll played by Alien Girl; Second was Paripi Kongmei; Third was Jojo with the run away; Fourth was Kaiji AND there was also Tonegawa Yukio - Middle Manager at before the grill bow down part! ;)
